While I was out of town, Paula was watching my dog, Maxwell, when he experienced a sudden medical emergency. She sprang into action immediately, calling me right away and calmly walking me through every step. Thanks to her quick thinking, Maxwell was taken to the emergency vet without delay and received the care he needed. Paula wasn’t just there for Maxie—she was there for me when I couldn’t be.
