Hello. I have had over 40 years of experience taking care of dog and cats. Animals and volunteering for animal causes have always been a big part of my life and I really miss having a furry friend living with me. I am at home most of the day and occasionally teach a yoga class, so your dog will have my full attention and will be treated as my own. Your dog’s happiness and joy will be the main focus of my day.

Can’t speak highly enough about Paula! Our dog Watson absolutely adores her and she is always the first one on Rover we contact. She sends us daily updates with photos and videos and does creative activities to keep our baby boy entertained.

Recently relocated to the Dallas area and I needed someone to watch my fur baby after 8 years of him staying either with a family member or a friend and I’m so happy I ran into Paula. It’s not easy as the parent and especially the dog to stay with someone we/they don’t know but she was truly amazing, from the cuddles to going to the dog park. She was also very communicative which I appreciate. Thank you again for everything.
Paula is amazing! She cared for Arya like she was her own. They played games and even did some arts and crafts. Arya will be staying with Paula again!

Schedule
I spend most of my time at home and will cuddle or play games to keep your dog mentally stimulated and happy. We can take leisurely walks along the canal or lake or visit the neighborhood dog park here in Las Colinas, if that is okay with you.

My goal is to keep your dog’s normal schedule and give your dog a happy, peaceful, secure, safe environment while you are away. Please let me know if there is any special needs or anxieties your dog may have.
A typical day
You can expect photos and/or videos of your dog on a daily basis. Some of my clients only like once a day updates and some enjoy more frequent pics and details of their dog’s daily activities. It’s up to you! Your dog will be fed and walked according to your instructions.

- Our furry friends are all unique and I want to be prepared for anything your dog may need. Please be prepared to answer the following questions when submitting a boarding request. If we both want to move forward, a meet and greet appointment will be scheduled. 1). Does your dog use a crate? 2). Has your dog ever shown aggression or bitten any human or animal? 3). Does you dog ever chew or destroy anything in the house? 4). Does your dog ever have any “accidents” in the house? 5). Does your dog have any behaviors or anxieties I should be aware of? 6). What is your dog’s outside / walking schedule? 7). Does your dog have any medical conditions or take any medicines or supplements? 8). When is the last time your dog was boarded with a stranger, for how long, was it with rover, and how did that go? 9). Does your dog live in an apartment or a house and can your dog take the stairs and/or the elevator? 10) Is your dog up to date with immunizations and free of fleas / ticks? 11) Can your dog be alone occasionally for 2-3 hours in my apartment? I normally board only one dog at a time but will gladly take 2 dogs if they come from the same family. Please note: A reservation for your dog’s boarding is not created in rover until boarding is created and payment is made to rover. DROP OFF/PICK UP TIMES: - please schedule your drop off and pick up any time between 7am - 9pm - time range intervals for drop offs and pick ups is 1 hour. For Example: 7:30am-8:30am or 6:30-7:30pm would be hour intervals of time. $20 OFF ON FIRST BOOKING (must be new to Rover) ASK FOR CODE
