Having a pet around fits naturally into my routine. I work hybrid, so on the days I’m home, there’s plenty of time for walks, play, and company. Even when I go into the office, I make sure the day is structured with care in mind. It feels less like a responsibility and more like sharing the day with a friend.

We make sure pets feel safe and relaxed in our space. We keep things calm, stick to their routine as much as possible, and give them plenty of attention. Whether it’s walks, food, playtime, or just quiet company, we adjust to what each dog needs. We’re also big on keeping things cozy, so they feel right at home.

Information Paula H. would like to know about your pet
We always like to know a bit about your dog before we spend time together. Their age, habits, energy level, and any special needs or quirks help me make sure they feel safe and comfortable. The more we know, the better we can care for them like you would. We’d also love to meet your dog before the actual stay. It helps us get to know each other and makes the whole experience more comfortable for them. A quick intro walk or visit is always a good idea.
A typical day
We love going on long walks, exploring parks, or just playing together at home if they’re more of a chill type. If they like games, we’ll play fetch or tug. If they’re more into cuddles, we’re all for that too. We try to match their energy and keep things fun, relaxed, and full of attention.

Pet care experience
Hi! We’re Paula (26) and Josip (27), and we absolutely love dogs. Paula grew up with dogs her whole life. Her first dog, Bella, was a rescue: sweet, nervous, and the ultimate cuddle buddy, although not much of a fetch player. Losing her was her first real heartbreak. Later came Otto, a fluffy white guy who is her soulmate in dog form. They did everything together: cooking, talking, lounging around. He followed her from room to room like a little shadow with a tail. Since moving abroad, she’s missed him more than anything. Although we’re not in a place to have a dog of our own right now, we still wanted dogs to be a part of our daily lives. That’s how we started dog sitting, and we’ve now been caring for dogs for over two years. Looking after so many different personalities has been incredibly rewarding, and we genuinely love giving every dog a safe, loving home where they can feel relaxed, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. We live together, and we both work a hybrid job, mostly from home. Together, we share the care of every dog that stays with us, making sure they receive plenty of attention, company, playtime, walks, and affection. If one of us is away, the other is there, so dogs are rarely left alone, and if they are, it’s only for a very short time. We’d love to welcome your dog into our home, spoil them a little, and make them feel like part of the family until it’s time to go home.
Reviews

I couldn't have asked for a better dogsitter! Paula and Josip were incredibly caring, patient, and had such a calm, reassuring energy that made both me and my dog feel at ease. It's obvious they genuinely love dogs and understand how to make them feel safe and comfortable. They kept me updated, took wonderful care of cloud, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone kind, experienced and reliable.

I brought our 4 month year old puppy to Paula. It was the first time for Winnie and Paula made her feel at home and I picked up a happy pup.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Boki seemed very happy and well cared for. The flexibility with timing was also much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Paula is not just a good dog care, but is a sweet person! She took a good care of my dog, and he is very happy to be back again :)
