She was kind and pleasant to communicate with, and she responded when we reached out. However, our experience ultimately did not reflect the level of care we expected based on our discussions before the booking. We provided a detailed routine for our two dogs, including a young puppy with frequent potty needs, but we found that the agreed-upon schedule was not consistently followed. We also experienced repeated punctuality issues before and during the booking, which made it difficult to feel confident that our dogs' needs were being prioritized. During the stay, we observed through our security cameras that our dogs were left outside unattended. When we reached out with our concerns, we were told she had been showering. Regardless of the reason, we were very uncomfortable with our dogs being left outside unsupervised and considered this to be a serious safety concern. Although communication was friendly, it did not consistently translate into the quality of care we expected. We ultimately ended the booking early because we no longer felt comfortable leaving our dogs in her care. I appreciate her kindness and wish her the best, but based on our experience, I would not book with her again.

Paula was a fantastic pet & housesitter for us! She asked so many questions during our meet & greet and made sure to send plenty of pics of our babies while we were out of town. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again!
