Safety, trust & environment
I treat my dogs like they are part of the family. They're fed, watered, walked and mentally stimulated as they require. I understand though that, although almost family members, they're not humans and have special requirements and I ensure those are always met.

Information Paula D. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know some important aspects like the following: -Are they scared of sudden movements or certain sounds? -How good is their recall? -How good are they on the lead? -Do they need to take any medicines? -How do they behave with other dogs/cats?
A typical day
I live near Glasgow Green and that's where I take my dog for a walk every day. I usually to fenced areas to let him run off lead in a secure space, but I would only do this with other dogs if the owner is comfortable with that. Since I have my own dog, I have a routine of going out 3-4 times a day and at least one of those walks is longer so he's exercised enough. In the instance that I had to look after an elder dog, the walks would be adjusted to their needs. I like going hiking and exploring other parks during the weekends, this is something I enjoy doing with my dog too.

Pets well looked after while you're away!
Pet care experience
Having had dogs while growing up and in my adult years I know how important it is for you to leave your dog with someone you trust while you are away. I guarantee lots of cuddles, fun and all the walks and exercise your furry friend might need, as long as a great playmate in my own dog Billy :) I can provide special attention if your dog has an ongoing condition or needs extra/less exercise. Your dog will have all the attention they need and I will keep you updated with all activities we do, if you request. I prefer not to have more than one dog at a time so I can dedicate all my attention to the one dog, since I have my own too. I understand how important it is for you to have your best friend well looked after.
Reviews

Paula was great, we got updates throughout the day and Daph clearly had a good day

Rosie loved her time with Paula and playing with sweet Billy! Paula provided great updates and Rosie looked so relaxed and happy. Will definitely be requesting more stays with Paula. 😊😊

Charlie had a wonderful time with Paula. At the meet and greet she made sure she had all the information about socialising and medication. I received regular updates during the booking and collected a very happy dog at the end of it. My one concern was how Charlie would get on with her dog as he is not used to living with other pooches. I need not have worried as Billy was as welcoming as Paula.

I left my dog Dash with Paula for an overnight stay, and this was the first time I had used rover for an overnight. Paula sent regular updates along with photos/videos which I really appreciated - it was extremely comforting to know Dash was clearly having a wonderful time! Paula clearly puts in a lot of effort to ensure the dogs are very comfortable, well exercised and happy - thank you Paula!
