Paul was excellent! Jasper loves him!
Who was going to watch our pup fell through at the very last minute before we had to go out of town. Paul was so quick to respond and confirm caring for Peter. Another added detail is he was in recovery from an eye issue and needed extra love and care as he had medication and a cone. Once we got there, he showed the spaces that Peter was going to hang out in, made sure to fully understand any special instructions that were needed and while we were gone, took such good care of him. He would go out of his way every day to send an update with multiple photos. I never had to ask. Everything was so clean and nice and we were put at ease the whole trip knowing that he was in good hands. 100/10 would recommend, your pet will be taken such good care of!
We needed last-minute boarding for our dog Lola while visiting Charleston, and Paul was fantastic. He responded right away and even scheduled a FaceTime call soon after we reached out, which gave us immediate peace of mind. Lola can be a bit shy in new environments, but from the moment we arrived, it was clear Paul genuinely loves and understands dogs. We felt completely confident leaving her in his care. He sent daily updates and photos, and his communication was excellent throughout. We would absolutely book with Paul again next time we’re in Charleston—highly recommend!
Paul was a terrific sitter. Paddington was very comfortable and had a great time. Paul took him on long walks and sent really nice photos at the end of the day, he also had a dog cam and you can see your dog. Lastly Paul helped us out of a bind agreeing to watch Paddington on short notice as we had an unexpected trip. Highly recommend!
