Paul took excellent care if our aged poodle with special needs and limited mobility. He sent regular updates with pictures that gave us peace of mind while we were traveling.

Paul and family took great care of Johnny Cash! The pictures of Cash with Paul’s son were precious. I’d gladly recommend him and hope to have a future opportunity to have Cash stay with him

Paul was phenomenal from the get go. From the meet and greet to Mavis coming home communication was amazing. He sent updates and videos as Mavis settled in and adjusted. I highly recommend him to everyone. You won’t regret it. We will be booking with him again.

Doggy Day Care • Nov 05, 2023

Paul and his fiancé were amazing with our boy, Ezra. As my service dog, he is always with me. There were 2 days of our 16-day vacay that we needed a reliable pet sitter for adventures we couldn’t bring Ezra on: zip-lining in Barnardsville and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway in a 2-seater Polaris Slingshot. Even after a considerately planned meet-and-greet the afternoon before his 1st stay with Paul, Ezra was a little nervous after we dropped him off. Thoughtfully, I received updates and videos to keep me posted. Paul and his fiancé worked with him to build trust and also Ezra’s confidence. By day 2, Ezra did not want his stay to end at pick-up time! When he finally did get in the car, he was happily exhausted and slept the entire drive home. I would definitely reach out to Paul as a pet sitter should the need arise the next time we visit beautiful North Carolina! Thank you both for taking such good care of our Ezra. We truly appreciate all you did to help him adjust and feel comfortable, confident and happy!!! :)

Schedule

We have a baby, who at the time of writing this, is 9 months old. My wife Kaitlyn stays at home with him and our own dog, all day long. Being able to spend all day playing, cuddling, and loving dogs is such a treat for us and the dogs. We have a few parks right near us that we usually walk our own dog at frequently. Your dog would have lots of social opportunities with our own dog Remi and various other neighborhood dogs. We even have a dog park less than 5 minutes from our house too.

Safety, trust & environment

I have a fenced backyard and have one fur friend to keep your fur baby company. Our dog has about 6 dog beds in this house, and we have dog stairs to get up on the higher beds. All of our couches have the softest blankets on them for the puppers as well. My wife and I strive to provide a place for you to drop your dog off, and for you to feel like they're being loved and spoiled like you would at your own home.

Pets

A typical day

On a typical day I wake up at 5:00 AM. Usually we do a full long lap around my neighborhood, then have doggie breakfast. Then I walk the dogs multiple times throughout the day. In between walks, the dogs love to lounge around in the various dog beds. They can also sit on the couch and look out the window at passers by, as well as bake in the sunbeam all day. If the weather is nice I let the dogs bake in the sun in the back yard. Sometomes after work we go to the dog park right down the road and let the dogs socialize with other dogs in the neighborhood. Then dinner when we get back, and the dogs usually snuggle up in one of the 6 dog beds throughout the house to sleep for the night.
