Before caring for your pet, I like to learn as much as possible to make sure they’re comfortable and safe. Please share their daily routine (feeding schedule, walk times, sleep habits), any medical needs or medications, and details about their temperament (like how they are with new people, other animals, or certain situations). It’s also helpful to know their energy level, favorite activities, and any triggers or anxieties (for example, loud noises or being left alone for X amount of time). Let me know about any training cues or commands they respond to, as well as house rules you’d like me to follow. If your pet has any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special care instructions, I’ll make sure those are followed closely. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can create a safe, fun, and stress-free experience that feels just like home for your pet.

A typical day with me is all about keeping your pet happy, active, and feeling at home. I start with a morning walk or play session to burn off energy, followed by breakfast and some relaxed downtime. Throughout the day, I mix in potty breaks, enrichment activities, and plenty of attention! Whether that’s belly rubs, brushing, or just hanging out together. I keep a consistent routine so your pet feels comfortable and secure, and I always adjust based on their age, energy level, personality, and any details you share with me. For fun, I love tailoring activities to each pet. For dogs, that might mean long walks, fetch, tug-of-war, or even a little basic training to keep their minds engaged. For more laid-back pups (or cats!), it could be puzzle toys, gentle play, or cozy cuddle time. If your pet enjoys social time, we can explore safe outdoor spaces or just people-watch together. My goal is to make their stay feel like a mini vacation with lots of love, stimulation, and care while you’re away. I am also more than happy to send pictures/videos to you so you have peace of mind that your furry friend is okay.
