At my home your pets are VIP guests. I have a good size backyard for them to play in, they are welcome on the furniture, and definitely welcome to snuggle in bed with me. If sitting at your place - I treat your home like my own, keeping it tidy and clean, and caring for mail and plant needs to ensure you feel at ease while away. Questions you may hear me ask before starting are - "Are there any items that I should avoid using or not put in the dishwasher" and "Does your pet have any pet peaves or must-dos?"

Please be upfront if your pet has any special needs or unique behaviors to note ahead of our sit. It's not always a deterrent, more so I can be aware and mindful! Pets who are not crate-trained are welcome but must be well-behaved when left alone. The cost of damages will be transferred to the pet owner.

I am very active and also have high energy most days, so your pet and I can tag team burning that off! I love to run, hike, and enjoy days at the park - and I would gladly welcome your pet on any if you'd like!

Pet care experience
I would LOVE to take care of your fur babies! Growing up, I owned cats and have been a sitter to many, many friends over the last 10+ years taking care of dogs and cats. I have a home with a fence back yard, perfect for extra outdoor play time daily if desired. Animal ages range from kitten/puppy to elder animals with special care needs like diaper changing and timed medication doses. I have sat for various breeds including all the photos on my profile. I don't have experience with birds, reptiles, or fish though I'm happy to learn and great with instructions! As your sitter, you can expect photos from me as desired. I will also communicate clearly, provide updates, and ask questions as needed. Please note I host up to 2 dogs at a time, potentially from different households. If you area single pup owner and are open to this, please inquire about discounts. **4th of July weekend I currently have one booking with a dog-friendly pup. If your dog is okay with that, please inquire!**

This was Betty’s 2nd stay with our favorite sitter Patty! I loved receiving the funny videos and photos. I can’t recommend her enough :) so nice to have a trusted sitter when you have to leave town.
Patti took great care of both of our dogs while we were out of town. She followed all of our care instructions and sent lots of updates. Will definitely be requesting her to watch our fur babies again!
Highly recommend, Patti. She watched my pup for a week and kept him busy by taking him to the park and going for walks. She sent updates regularly and was receptive to requests that I made.
