What sets me apart is that I have an affinity for all pets from the rambunctious to the sedentary and elderly. I sat or walked dogs professionally for 2 years and for free the rest of my life. Whenever my friends go out of town they bring their pups(from chihuahuas to Labradoodles). I raised my dog Monkey from a small puppy (he passed away a few years ago)and have had two dogs I was boarding give birth so I am very familiar with house training and other puppy stuff. I work part time for Chapel Hill Parks and recreation mostly weekend nights and one weekend day so I would have plenty of time for the pups! First off I live on a lightly trafficked circle which seems custom made for dog walking. While I don't have a fenced in yard my place faces a lovely forest with paths going to the community park in one direction and the UNC campus in the other. I would always be happy to take them to their favorite places.
