When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the pet and the home with respect. I follow instructions carefully because pets feel safest when their routine stays familiar — feeding schedule, walks, potty breaks, litter cleanup, sleeping spots, medications, and house rules. Safety is my first priority. I make sure doors, gates, crates, leashes, harnesses, food, and anything the pet could get into are handled carefully. I pay attention to body language and behavior, especially with pets who are nervous, older, shy, or adjusting to someone new. I also believe communication builds trust. I’m happy to send updates, photos, and notes so you know your pet is safe and cared for while you’re away. My goal is to keep things calm, clean, and consistent so your pet feels secure and you can relax.

Schedule
Pet care fits well into my daily routine because I do best with structure and regular check-ins. I’m available for in-home care, drop-ins, walks, feeding, playtime, and overnight stays depending on the pet’s needs and the schedule. When I’m caring for pets, I make them part of my day instead of treating them like a side task. I’m comfortable following morning and evening routines, giving pets attention throughout the day, and keeping their care consistent. I prefer clear instructions so I can keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible, but I’m flexible and can adapt if your pet needs extra time, patience, or attention.
