Cats have always been a central part of my life, and I understand how sensitive they can be to change, new people and unfamiliar environments. I have experience caring for cats of all ages and temperaments, including kittens, senior cats and those who are shy, anxious or require extra reassurance. I am comfortable with litter management, feeding routines, grooming, play, enrichment and monitoring behaviour and wellbeing. I take a calm, respectful approach, allowing cats to set the pace while ensuring they feel secure, stimulated and cared for at all times.

Patrick took excellent care of our Layla for two weeks. Throughout her stay, he kept us regularly updated by sending photos and videos every other day, along with messages about how she was doing. We greatly appreciated his consistent communication, which was both thoughtful and reassuring, giving us complete peace of mind that Layla was happy and well cared for. After the success of Raffi's previous stay with Patrick, it was an easy decision to book her in to board with him again. She clearly enjoyed the stimulation and feline social interaction provided by Patrick's own cats and kittens and was so at home she even decided to sleep on his bed one night! Patrick was very good at providing updates and sent some really sweet photos and videos, including a gorgeous 'photo shoot' when he let Raffi into the hall and stairs because it was cooler for her. Patrick took great care of Raffi, treating her as part of his feline family, and she was clearly so happy and settled that when we went to pick her up she refused to come out of the catio!
Our mind were at ease during the time away from our Kitten Loki. Patrick was a great sitter, he frequently updated about Loki with pics and videos. He was very attentive and got great space for cats.
This was Raffi's second time boarding with Patrick. She clearly remembered because she made a beeline for the catio as soon as we let her out of the carrier. She's quite timid but she responded really well to Patrick's calm manner and seemed to enjoy the feline social interaction with his cats. Patrick was brilliant at providing updates and very cute videos. I would both recommend him and use him again.
First time i let my cat with Patrick and was amazing,He was taking good care of her and receiving videos every day.You are a very good person and definitely I will get back to you soon. Thank you sow much for making my holiday easy and for Luna a really enjoyable place to stay.

Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I am organised, reliable and flexible, which allows me to plan my time around the needs of the animals in my care. I enjoy building pet care into my day, ensuring pets receive consistent attention, companionship and routine rather than feeling rushed or overlooked.

I prioritise safety, cleanliness and calm at all times. In my home, pets are cared for in a secure, quiet and pet-friendly environment with close supervision and plenty of enrichment. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I follow all instructions carefully and respect established routines to minimise stress. I am attentive to behaviour, health and wellbeing, and I always communicate openly with owners to provide reassurance and updates.

A typical day
I love keeping cats happy and engaged through fun, gentle activities that suit their individual personalities. I enjoy using interactive play such as wand toys, feather teasers and ball toys to encourage natural hunting behaviours, as well as puzzle feeders, treat games and gentle hide-and-seek to provide mental stimulation. I make good use of climbing space, cosy hideaways, cardboard boxes and window watching to encourage exploration and confidence, and I’m always mindful of keeping play calm and stress-free. For more relaxed or senior cats, I focus on softer play, gentle interaction, brushing (if they enjoy it) and plenty of comfortable rest time. I adapt everything to each cat’s energy level and temperament, keeping activities short, positive and enjoyable so every cat feels safe, stimulated and content.
