In 1987 I spent my first communion money on Pee-Wee the parakeet and haven't looked back. I come with 36 years in the responsible pet-owning department. It has been time-consuming, heart-breaking, and expensive, but worth it. Currently, three cats and two dogs let me live with them. It would be easier to list the pets I haven't taken care of than the ones I have. They are reptiles (I prefer not feeding animals to other animals), and hobby farm animals, which i hope to have one day. Walks: I need them. Your dog needs them. 30 minutes strolls. Unfortunately I can't pull off the days when the sidewalks are icy. Daycare: I'm limited here because I have a small, elderly pup in the house. I can offer your dog an hour of energy-burning activity in my large, fenced-in backyard. There are a lot of bushes and trees so treat them for ticks and fleas. One dog at a time for now. House-sitting: There are several levels of care and a lot of trust involved here. We can meet to hash out the details and see if we're all good match.
