Patricia did a fantastic job caring for our pets and home! This was my husband’s and my first time ever using Rover and our first time having someone we didn’t know stay overnight in our home, so we were definitely a little nervous going into it. We have three pets, two dogs and a special-needs cat. They all have very different personalities and needs. Our cat also requires both topical and oral medications, so I had quite a few specific instructions for her care. Patricia did an amazing job tailoring her care to each of our pets individually and making sure everyone was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. It was clear that she genuinely cared about each of them. I tend to be very specific and detailed with instructions, and Patricia respected every single one of them. She was also incredibly flexible and communicative, which made the entire experience so much easier and gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. She sent a daily morning update with pictures, which was the perfect amount of communication. We always knew our pets were doing well without feeling overwhelmed by constant messages while we were trying to enjoy our time away. She was also extremely responsive whenever I reached out and always got back to me quickly, which really helped ease my stress while we were away. I was especially impressed with how well she left our home. Everything was just as clean and organized as I had left it, which I really appreciated. Overall, Patricia went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience. I felt completely comfortable knowing my pets were in her care. She is 100% worth the money, and we will absolutely be booking Patricia again in the future!
