I cannot recommend Patricia enough! She went above and beyond while looking after Coco. Not only did she complete all the requested tasks perfectly, but she also took the initiative to clean my floors, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. Communication was seamless throughout the entire stay. She even noticed some treats left on the floor and tucked them away to make sure Coco didn’t eat it accidentally —that's the kind of attention to detail every pet owner wants! Most importantly, she spent quality time playing with Coco, who warmed up to her and trusted her almost immediately. I’ll definitely be booking her again!"
