Hello, My name is Patricia, but you can call me Trish. I have a work from home job that allows me to set my own hours and be flexible when it comes to my breaks and time off. This means your pet will get my 24/7 attention and care. They will come first during their stay with me. I have experience with small animals like hamster, rabbits, guinea pigs and rats. I have personally owned a hamster, several rabbits and a few fish now and then. I know how to clean cages and tanks. I provide all pets with fresh filtered water to drink and always clean their bowls in between feedings. The knowledge I have of dogs comes mostly from the fact that my extended family are dog people. I have had the pleasure of taking care of their fluffy companions while they were at work or on a trip. I love going for walks with them and playing fetch both inside and outside depending on the weather. Nothing beats the wagging tail of a happy pup. I don’t have any experience with young puppies, pregnant mother dogs or special needs dogs. However, I am familiar with the care require for senior dogs. I took care of my grandfather’s dog during the last of their days. I was one of the only people who could get my grandfathers dog out of his funk to go for a walk. I was also responsible for making sure he got his meds on time. Though this did require some peanut butter. I have also had the pleasure of taking care of Shakester and Roy over Christmas break. Giving them pills on time and maintaining a good routine for the two terriers. Cats have always been a part of my life. My parents have always had at least two cats in their household. My responsibility with them was to help clean litter boxes and feed the cats. More recently, I have also taken on the responsibility of housing my mother's senior cat.

Patricia provided excellent care for my two cats for 5 days. She sent many daily updates, including photos and videos of the cats. I could tell right away that she was very attentive to their needs, and helped them feel at home in their home away from home. She played with them often, and encouraged them to feel comfortable in her space. She's incredibly knowledgeable about cats, and it's clear that she really enjoys spending time with them. It was my first time leaving my cats with someone else overnight, and I would absolutely do it again.

Patricia was amazing with my cats! Great communication, lots of updates at each visit. She did a wonderful job with them. We had the opportunity to meet in advance, she asked great questions and she felt trustworthy immediately. Highly recommend Patricia for your pet care!
My Jack was extremely well cared for and Patricia sent plenty of videos and photos during their time together. He was happy, content and very safely looked after. Definitely would recommend Patricia as a terrific pet sitter!
Trish is the sweetest woman! She took care of my frenchie when I was in a very difficult situation. She sent pictures and videos everyday. if there was any concern she would contact me asap. My guy has some aggression issues and has meds and she worked with him on it. I HIGHLY recommend this woman over a kennel or trainer any day. My little man was so happy when I would come visit! Thank you Trish you’re such an amazing soul!!!

Schedule
I wake up every morning at 7am to have breakfast and feed the pet in my care. at about 7:45am -8am I will take dogs for a walk. As for cats I will spend this time playing with them and brushing them if a brush is provided. At 9am I start working from my at home office. This means your pet is not left alone while I work. When it's time for my lunch break I take the dog out for a quick pee break. Cuddles and pets are then provided after I eat. By 1pm I'm back to working at my desk until 4pm. Once work is done I relax for about an hour before making dinner. Dinner is at 7pm with another walk or play time between 7:45pm - 8pm. Final walk will be at 10pm before I turn in for the night. I wake up periodically throughout the night due to medical reasons, but this often works well with older dogs that do the same and need to pee at night.

My home is close to walking trails and a park where I can take an animal for walks and to play. I would provide a safe and clean place for your animal to stay in my home. I will need the owners to bring food, dog bags, food and water bowls, litter and a comfort item of choice. I can offer your pet all day attention, activities and care while you are away. I can even do video calls with you if you miss your pet and want to to see how they are doing.

A typical day
I love going for walks on the trails near my home and would be excited to take your pet along with me so they can explore all the sights and sounds. When it comes to cats, I have many strings for them to chase, kicker toys, and Laser pens. I can provide them a warm bed to sleep on or a cozy cave to hide in.
