I'd like to know the age, health, any training issues, separation anxiety issues and rescue dogs with any behavior and abuse issues. My preferences are small and medium size pets **PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING** It is important that once services are requested for me that you are immediately ready to communicate by phone call with any questions/comments that you may have about your requested sit. Doing so honors my time & your time so that services can be booked in a timely manner. Please provide an answer at the end of said business day so that I can be of service to you or someone else! Without providing an answer for said dates leaves my calendar unavailable to provide services to someone who can use them. By sending a request means you have understood my terms & are honoring your time & mine. **GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PET(S)** Here's some information that's important to know about a pet ahead of time: •Length of time that you've had your pet(s) •Current Health & Up-To-Date Vet Records •Hiding Places (if applicable) •Limits & where they're allowed to be both indoors & outdoors •Level of activity that they enjoy •Hours that they can be left alone

I engage and play with both cats and dogs with their stuffed animals, I toss some squeaky toys for the dogs to fetch and bring it back to me for several minutes, some strings sticks to swirl around for play, some balls with handles for some light tugging, some used cardboard containers (egg cartons, food cartons) for chewing and endless belly rubs. When I housesit, I'm with the pets during the days and nights and doing the above activities

In July 2017, I did drop in visits for my neighbor Katie while she was on vacation for her senior cat Amber. I would visit Amber ( in the pics above) in the am/pm hours to feed her, socialize with her, provide fresh water, remove & throw away the cat litter. She loves to purr & walk between my legs & rubs on head on my legs! She doesn't like to be held so it was a miracle she allowed me to hold in the pics above (smile)! I've had pets (dogs, cats, fish & turtle)throughout my life and loved their companionship. I've volunteered at the Humane Society walking, socializing with the dogs & educated potential human companions on a weekly basis about the the types of the pets that may be the best for them, what and how lifestyle dictates the best companionship for both animals and humans, is the human active on a daily/weekly basis, then I might suggest adopting a young Jack Russell Terrier, they definitely need a twice a day walk or it's a senior who wants companionship, then maybe a basset hound whose 5+ years old may be a good fit for both. Cats can be good choices for companionship. In some situations may be easier, they don't require any walking as you would with a dog. They will use their litter box.

My spouse and I connected with Patricia when she came to petsit for us. We were impressed by how kind, detail-oriented and responsible she is. Not only did she take wonderful care of our precious kitty queen, but she meticulously cared for our summer garden (which is especially notable as we live in the high desert of Albuquerque and some days reached 100*). She sent us photos of our cat and of the garden every couple of days and reached out to us any time she had question or concern. We really appreciate that. We also returned to an immaculately clean home. We would enthusiastically invite Patricia to come petsit for us again.
Patricia has catsat for me three times. She has always been a very thoughtful, respectful, and reliable sitter - taking notes on care instructions, sending me regular updates on my cat. She has left my home spotless each time. I've enjoyed getting to know Patricia a little bit through this experience and would highly recommend her as a petsitter.
Patricia is a caring and reliable sitter. She has taken care of my cats and dog and everyone (my animals) has always loved being with her. I dont have any worries when she watches them.I will always trust her in my home with all of my animals. She is reliable and caring and anyone would be lucky to have her watch their "other children".
