Pet care experience
Walks, cuddles, play, and love.
I've taken care of dogs who love everyone and those who are as choosy as cats in their people. I share my home with four cats, each one with their own style of pets and play (and their own diets). Every animal, just like every person, has their own personality. My goal is to pay attention and interact with them in a way that makes them feel safe, loved, and...if they're up for it...entertained. Need someone to walk your canine companions for a couple miles and then follow detailed instructions on which doggo gets what food and treats? That's me. Does your cat need someone to feed it and then sit in quietly in the same room for company without insisting on pets? That's me, too. Additionally, I have experience with administering medication to both cats and dogs (pills, inhalers, injections).

Safety, trust & environment
My goal is to ensure that pets feel as safe and loved. Animals thrive on routine, so I'll be on time and follow your directions to ensure as much normalcy as possible while you're away. I have four cats, all of whom have different diets, play styles, and stranger tolerance, so I'm used to paying close attention to details. I'll earn your pets' trust by following your directions and adapting my approach to their needs. As a pet parent, I understand the importance of knowing how your companions are doing while you're away. I'll always check in with you and include pictures and updates. I'll never hesitate to reach out if I have any concerns or questions. While your pet is in my care, they are my number one priority.
Ratings and reviews
Our cats are always happy and relaxed when we return home and Tricia has cared for them. We don’t have to worry at all knowing they are in excellent hands while we’re away. Tricia spends time cuddling and playing with them, giving them catnip and treats in addition to their routine medications. She is fantastic at communicating.

Tricia is the most reliable, patient, communicative, caring, attentive and loving pet sitter around. We are so grateful to have found her to care for our cats when we are out of town.

My cats trust, love, and appreciate Tricia. She is a calm and loving presence for them when we go out of town for a few days. She spends time with them so they’re not so anxious or lonely. She always sends us photos and notes from each visit. We are extremely grateful that we found Tricia!

She did fantastic job of looking after my cats and home, and seems to have a good feeling for when a cat would like to interact, and when to leave them alone (to the extent possible.)

Patricia took care of 3 cats with very different needs and personalities, as well as a gecko. One of my cats is seldom even seen by an unfamiliar caregiver , but Patricia was able to develop a relationship with her rather quickly! I would choose Patricia every time!

Tricia is our go-to cat sitter. Our cats love her! And we love that we can leave for a few days knowing they are in excellent hands. And, they are happy and relaxed when we come home.

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I'm a remote-first professional, so my schedule is fairly flexible. Animals thrive with consistent routines, so I make a point to arrive on time and follow all owner directions. I regularly book between 7 AM and 9 PM, but currently my schedule is tight. Morning appointments are available if timing is flexible +\- a couple hours.

- I'd like to know how your pet does with new people and how to approach them the first time we meet. If we're going on walks, I'd also like to know how your pup (or cat) does on a leash and what to expect when encountering other pets. If you have specific expectations about your dog's behavior (e.g., no pulling, no jumping, sit when other dogs approach, etc.), please let me know so I can be consistent. I'm eager to hear anything you think is important to your companion's care.
