Dog-Loving Grandparents!
As thriving grandparents, we've had dogs in our home for over 50 years and have lovingly cared for the dogs of our 7 kids throughout their lives. For decades, our family has trusted us to care for their pets while they’re away, including regular walks (sometimes 5 days a week!). Now that we have a little more time, we’re excited to share that same love and care with other dogs and their families.

As retired, full-time grandparents, our schedule is wide open—and so are our hearts. We’re home all day, professionally experienced in spoiling grandkids and granddogs alike, and ready to welcome your furry friend into our cozy home. With decades of dog-sitting under our belts (and probably some dog hair too), we’re excited to offer your pup a loving, safe, and comfy home away from home. Whether it’s a quick visit or an extended stay, you can rest easy—your dog will be well cared for, thoroughly doted on, and possibly convinced they’re part of the family.

Your pup will feel right at home with us—possibly too at home! We have a fully fenced backyard perfect for safe outdoor zoomies, plus a doggy door for easy in-and-out access (because we know some dogs like to change locations every 3 minutes). Our home is calm, cozy, and pet-friendly, with plenty of space to snooze, explore, or stage a dramatic flop. We also have one friendly resident dog who’s always around and more than happy to share toys, the couch, and unsolicited life advice. Whether your dog is into playtime, belly rubs, or claiming every soft surface as their own, we’ve got it covered!

A typical day
A typical day in our house? Play hard, nap harder. Expect belly rubs on demand, squirrel patrol in the fenced yard, and full couch privileges (because obviously). We’re retired, home full-time, and run a tight ship—with snacks, snuggles, and a small bossy Maltese-Yorkie mix who thinks she's in charge. If your pup likes attention, companionship, and maybe being slightly spoiled... they’re in the right place.
