I’m Pato, a lifelong cat devotee who has spent nearly my entire life in the company of feline friends. Alongside my husband Alex, I share my home with our 7-year-old adopted black American Shorthair, Apollo, who is the heart of our household. We don't just work with cats; we truly live and breathe them. When we aren't caring for our clients' kitties, we are supporting cat charities or staying up-to-date with the latest in feline behaviour and care. We understand that every cat has a unique soul, whether they are a playful explorer or a quiet observer, and we pride ourselves on being the 'Cat Whisperers' our clients can rely on.

Safety and home integrity are our top priorities. During every visit, we follow a strict security protocol, ensuring all windows and doors are securely locked and alarms are set. We treat your home with the same respect we treat our own. Beyond pet care, we maintain a 'Boutique Standard' of cleanliness, which means washing food bowls thoroughly, keeping the litter area spotless, and clearing up any tracked litter or mess. We are also happy to provide 'lived-in' home services, such as collecting mail, watering plants, and rotating lights or curtains to give you total peace of mind while you are away. Our goal is for you to return to a home that is just as clean and peaceful as you left it.

Pato is SO lovely.. We are really grateful that we've found her. It was our first time booking Pato, let alone using Rover. At first we asked to meet up pre-visits & immediately could sense her warm & kind nature. She took extra effort to write down any key info. Our cat Poppy is also an anxious cat, so it was important to find someone like Pato. Whilst we were away, Pato visited everyday, sending us regular images of Poppy & letting us know how she's doing. Pato is brilliant, my cat can be shy at times, but he absolutely adores her and make me feel so much more comfortable when he is looked after by her :)
Pato was amazing! My cat who can not be very sociable at time loved her! She was great at communicating and was so reassuring that she took care of our fur baby!

As dedicated cat sitting specialists, our daily routine is built entirely around our visiting schedule. We offer flexible visits from Monday to Sunday, typically providing morning and evening slots to ensure your cats maintain their normal feeding and medication routines. Because we specialise in drop-in visits rather than boarding, your pet becomes our primary focus during our time together. We manage our client list carefully to ensure we are never rushed, allowing us to spend quality time with every kitty. Whether you need a single daily check-in or twice-daily visits for extra companionship, we are consistently available to provide reliable, professional care that fits seamlessly into your travel plans.
- CatsPato can host up to 2 drop-ins per day
- To provide the best possible care, we require a detailed understanding of your pet’s routine before the booking begins. During our Meet & Greet, we will discuss their medical history (vaccinations, flea/worming status), any specific allergies, and their temperament with strangers. It is also vital for us to know their favourite hiding spots and any 'house rules' you have. We use a professional Client Portfolio system to document these details, including emergency contact info and vet release forms. This thorough preparation allows us to handle any situation calmly and ensures we can provide the specialised, high-standard care that Pato’s Pet Care is known for.
