Hi! I’ve been taking care of animals of all kinds professionally for the last nine years, but have been caring for them recreationally for my entire life. I started horse back riding and helping out in the barn when I was 6 years old, and have been dedicating my life to animals ever since. I started working at a pet resort about nine years ago, and have experience doing everything imaginable. I have administered emergency care (usually after a dog fight, so I work well under pressure), trained puppies, administered senior care (17 years of age), given medications (pills, powders, shots, etc), cared for sick dogs, and cleaned every mess possible. There wasn’t a job I didn’t do at the resort. I learned the ins and outs of the daycare, boarding, desk, and bathes. I have also cared for cats, hamsters, rabbits, fish, birds, and turtles. I currently have a handful of my own dogsitting clients that I acquired through the pet resort and recommendations, but am looking to expand my list and meet new furry friends!

I try my best to adapt my life to your pets’ lives. If they have a certain routine, I am 100% willing to abide by that routine. I do things your way. I also have reliable transportation, so that’s not an issue.

Parris was fantastic! Our geriatric cat requires medication and extra care for her illnesses but we felt she was in the best of hands in Parris’ care. She was consistently punctual and communicative, and she went above and beyond. She took amazing care of our girl and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. We are so grateful for Parris and will absolutely book her again!

Parris was so helpful. This was our first Rover experience, and I can’t imagine it having gone better! She was flexible and understanding as well as patient with our cats. She was able to capture some fantastic photos of our kitties which were so nice to see while we were gone. Would highly recommend Parris!

Schedule
I no longer work at the pet resort. Currently I’m a contractor, so my schedule is super flexible. I can pretty much work with whatever you have going on :)

- Anything that makes them special! How they are with other dogs and people, if they have any medications, if there’s any training they are in the middle of learning, etc. Anything that you fee is important to mention is important for me to know.
