✨ Home is where your pet is ✨ Hi, my name is Parnia, and dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’m a proud dog mom to a 5-year-old King Charles Spaniel–Chihuahua mix, and I care for every pup as if they were my own. Friends lovingly call me “the aunt of all the dogs in the world” — and honestly, it fits 🐶💛 I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs, blind and paralyzed pups, untrained puppies, and dogs who simply need extra patience, love, and understanding. My home is super clean, calm, non-smoking, and child-free — a safe and peaceful environment where dogs are welcome on the couch, never caged, and free to relax and move happily. Walks, playtime, cuddles, and lots of affection are part of our daily routine, always adjusted to your dog’s needs and the weather. I truly believe dogs feel energy — and I make sure they feel loved, safe, and at home from the moment they arrive. Your dog won’t just be cared for — they’ll be cherished. Our 13-year-old dogs adore her. She's incredibly gentle with them, always arrives before noon, and takes them for peaceful walks along Blythwood Ravine. You can tell she truly cares for senior dogs. Highly recommended.
Parnia was absolutely amazing as my dog and cat sitter. She took care of them while I was giving birth to my son, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person. She sent so many photos and videos every single day—of their walks, playtime, and just them being happy—which gave me so much peace of mind during such an important time. My pets aren’t used to being away from home, but Parnia made them feel completely comfortable. My dog especially connected with her calm, gentle energy and genuinely enjoyed being with her. She even went out of her way to help me bring them home safely, which meant so much during such a busy and emotional time. I would recommend Parnia every single time without hesitation. She’s reliable, caring, and truly goes above and beyond.
Hallie had another wonderful stay with Parnia, her mom and their dog Candy! I am very grateful that they gave my dog so much love and attention! I felt confident leaving her in their care while I traveled. They are very responsible and kind people.
Hi! I’m Buddy 🐾 I had the best little getaway with my pet sitter for a few nights, and I’m pretty sure I made a new best friend. She was super kind, really accommodating, and made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time—like I was part of her pack. She kept my routine steady, gave me lots of attention (the good kind), and I could tell she genuinely cared about me—not just “watched” me. I came home happy, relaxed, and very well looked after. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like family, I give her two paws up and a big tail wag. I’d stay with her again in a heartbeat!

Her first time watching my boy, he came down with an eye infection the day I was leaving! Parnia successfully administered the medical protocol as directed, eye drops three times daily, for his entire four day stay. Not only did I receive regular daily updates and videos, but she was available anytime I requested for updates about his medical status. I cannot believe she was able to successfully administer eyedrops to my only three-year-old cattle dog shepherd mix. It is beyond a testament to say this woman has a gift with fluffy creatures and you should be so lucky for her to care for your animals. My Chai boy came back to me with his heart and belly full of love and I thank her for her service. Will be delighted to work with her again.

Schedule
Preferred an suggested drop off and pick up times ( we can discuss about it) ***Boarding: Drop off in the afternoon and pick up next day morning 3pm. ***Daycare: Drop off from 9am and pick up time till 10 pm I work as a freelancer artist from home and can adjust my time to spend with your furry friend. We can enjoy each other 's company during the days

I always be beside the doggies/kitties, cause I always accept the offers that I can be home at that day. we also have a glass balcone which is safe for your precious friend to get some fresh air while he/she is at home

There's a big park in our neighborhood, sherwood park , which is full of happy dogs , they come every day and play in the leash off area . It's a nice place to walk and play with the dogs
