Paola accepted a *very* last minute request to watch our kitty after I began feeling anxious about her while we were away on a trip. She even reached out to ask about a neighbor's dog she was concerned about in our front courtyard. She was very kind and caring. We would definitely have her watch Willa again!
Paola has been such a wonderful help when it comes to sitting and boarding. She's there for us whenever we need her, makes accommodations for us, and communicates with us to make sure our babies are safe and happy!
Paola is wonderful and so sweet with animals! She has true empathy and care for her pets and treats all animals with so much love!
