Let's have a pawsome time!
I love dogs with all my heart and I've had a dog companion for as long as I can remember. I know how scary it can be finding someone who to trust with your furry friend so I'm here for you! I've worked with a trainer specialized in service dogs to get Luna's help to deal with my anxiety. We've trained through basic skills and are currently working on getting her confident in a public setting. We have traveled together to Mexico and the USA and she loves bike rides. I want to give the same level of care and patience I have for Luna to your furry companion. I believe all dogs can learn new tricks and I fully believe the mental stimulation they get from training and enrichment toys makes them really happy. I like to adjust my care to your dog needs while keeping them entertained so they don't miss you so much. Asides from my experience as an owner, I have volunteered for Elderdog Vancouver. I've had the opportunity to befriend older doggies and learn the best ways to make their time with me enjoyable, even when they are away from their best buddies.

Paola was so caring with Mojo. It was his first time in daycare and I was a little apprehensive. There was no need to worry as Paola is great with dogs!

Mousse is super comfy when she gets to visit Luna and her family. We appreciate the regular communication during her stays and getting to see Miusee solve puzzles is awesome!

Zeitplan
I work from home all day and it makes me very happy to care for other dogs. My current routine includes one long walk with Luna in the middle of the day, playtime in the morning and an enrichment activity in the afternoon.

My apartment building has a fenced yard which is safe from traffic. To ensure Luna (my dog) gets along with your dog, I take a series of steps to introduce them, starring with having a playdate outsidoors to get them to interact in a fun way.

Doggy day care - 1 hr walk - 1 enrichment activity (puzzle or snuffle mat) - Potty breaks every 2-3 hrs Dog walks - 40 to 60 min walk to Almond Park, MacBride Park or Jericho - 20 min stroll around the block after dinner * Optional 30 min outdoor training for recall or desensitization Rainy days: - Puzzle mania (2 to 3 dog puzzles depending on your dog's level) - Hide n' Seek: if your dog had a good 'stay' - Indoor ball pit with enrichment toys and snuffle mats (absolutely hit!) - Grooming: paw balm, brushing and mat prevention Dog boarding (per day): - 1 hr walk - 1 enrichment activity (puzzle or snuffle mat) - Potty breaks every 3 hrs - Small and big dog beds available - Healthy baked treat added to breakfast (adjusted to your furry friend specific needs)
