Walk, Sit & Stay: Home-from-home boarding.
We have dogs to stay in a home environment. We have Fidget, our own resident Saluki boy who welcomes dogs of all ages, or we can house-sit or visit to look after your animals, including horses. I am an experienced and loving dog owner, and while our house is rather small, we have close access to magnificent fields and woods, and can also offer some excellent road walks of varying distances. We can have up to two dogs to stay at a time, and we look forward to meeting you and your dog(s). Pandora, Daisy, and Fidget. Fully insured and licensed. The owner Pandora Vaughan-Melly is Licensed by Three Rivers District Council to offer day care and boarding for dogs under the terms of licence number AC49009. Please note: The following days will have an additional £100 premium charge on top of the standard charge: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday UNLESS booked as part of a week's booking or more. Looking after dogs is my primary occupation. I do other work from home, so any dog staying will not be left more than half an hour on its own. i have a fenced back garden, and young dogs are kept in the kitchen with me, and older dogs with Fidget. I am able to assess a dog's level of training, so am aware if a dog can be let off to play, or needs more recall training/socialisation.

We had a relaxed time away knowing Skylo was in safe hands. Pandora's daily photos confirmed how much fun he was having - he got to know the other 2 dogs well, and he was excited to learn some new skills in retrieving. We're so thankful to you Pandora
Pandora is absolutely amazing!!! Chip has so much fun, making new doggy friends. Chip had been prescribed medication just before he was due to stay with Pandora. Pandora was more than happy to continue to administer his medication, keeping me informed on a daily basis of Chip's progress, as well as sending me photos and videos. I would highly recommend Pandora to anyone. I know how us dog owners can be rather 'precious' with who cares for our furry friends, I had no qualms at all with leaving Chip with Pandora. I knew he would be well loved and looked after. Pandora goes above and beyond with her care. I hope Pandora will care for him again, should she want to have the little Chip challenge in the future!!!
Pandora is a very kind lady. Before I entrusted her with my dog, she asked very carefully and wanted to know all the important information. It was clear that she truly cares about dogs and that she is a good person. My dog Luna spent the whole day with her. I picked her up in the evening; she had been outside with Luna and they had plenty of activities.
Our pup had a great day with Pandora - she sent us updates throughout the day, took him on some great walks & helped us with training tips for lead pulling. Incredibly trustworthy & capable hands with a lovely calm set up. Also love Fidget!
Marlo had the most wonderful time with Pandora. She is such a natural with dogs and so experienced. I will most definitely be using her services again for Marlo.
Ronnie had the best time on holiday with Pandora and the gang!

Schedule
I work from home, and we have our own dog, so extra dogs are very welcome as part of our family. We can accommodate any special feeding routines required, although prefer to feed all dogs at the same time for their contentment.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a secure rear garden, and all dogs are tagged with my telephone and address details upon arrival. I can attach a tracker upon request, and am also happy for any dog to wear its own tracker. We use door gates for added security.
Pets
A typical day
Gun dogs love the gun dog games, and hounds love the running. I can work to improve your dog's recall, walking without pulling, playing with other dogs etc., and try to group animals of similar disposition and interests, so that the walks are huge fun for all.
