I am retired from the Seattle School District where I was employed as a Registrar in a middle school. I love being around animals of all kind but have a special place in my heart for dogs. My schedule is totally open to help you take care of your fur baby.

I have cared for dogs that were in their senior years so I am familiar with how to care for them. My recently deceased Bichon Frise was ill and had to be lifted off and onto beds and hand fed.
A typical day
I will make sure that your dog is pampered by giving lots of hugs and kisses and his mind stimulated with merit based treats if so allowed.

Pet care experience
I have had 6 dogs in my lifetime and 5 cats in the last 30 years. I have also babysat friends & co-worker's dogs as well. I am a responsible pet owner who recently lost my Bichon/Poodle mix due to illness. I have since adopted a 4 year old rescue Lhasa Apso mix dog named Stanley who I do not leave alone for more than 4 hours in a day. I am now retired and recently relocated to the Tri-Cities area. I adore dogs. I think dogs are God's greatest gift to us all. My philosophy on animals is best stated in a quote from A.D. Williams "When I look into the eyes of an animal. I do not see an animal. I see a living being. I see a friend but most importantly I feel a soul."

I have known Pam for a long time. During our friendship she has been a parent to 3 dogs which lived a loved and cared for life. After their passing she mourned there loss for a long time and still recalls many fond memories of them. She has always been a responsible pet owner by putting their schedule ahead of hers. We have mutual friends who trusted her to care for their dogs while they vacationed and they were very happy to leave them with her. I know she has done volunteer work for animal sanctuaries and I know she really enjoyed her time volunteering. Pam is just a all around good person with a heart of gold. She is more of a giver than a taker. I have two dogs so I have a pretty good judgement of someone who really cares about animals. We have had many play dates with our dogs and I have seen her interact with my dogs. She is patient with them and gives them individual attention which my dogs love. I would trust her with my dogs and any decisions she made while caring for them.
