Sawyer will BARK like crazy when a new pup comes over (he sounds vicious) but he will calm down after sniffing the new dog's butt. Sawyer likes dogs better than people :-)

Although, being a prissy little old man, he's not fond of bad weather, so I do keep a wee-wee pad inside just in case he doesn't go out in the rain or bad weather. He likes to pee on plastic bags.
  • Gets along with children: Yes
Like most little and senior dogs, fast moving children are not his favorite things, but as long as they are gentle and kind to him, he is fine. He doesn't have many teeth left to defend himself!
  • Gets along with other dogs: Yes
Rusty is my senior rescue. He gets VERY excited when other dogs come over, but after he sniffs their butt, he goes off and sleeps on the couch. Rusty LOVES people!!! He's a total mush!
  • Gets along with cats: No
