I want to provide honest feedback to help ensure clarity and alignment moving forward. While I appreciate the assistance, there were several issues that affected both my puppy’s care and the condition of my home. Areas of Concern: 1. Listening & Following Instructions My puppy’s care instructions were not followed as directed. Feeding times, potty routine, crate expectations, and household boundaries need to be followed exactly as given. Consistency is crucial for training and safety. – The puppy’s crate was found full of water, and he was shaking. – He was placed on my couch after I specifically stated that he was not allowed on furniture. – He was left in the crate for longer hours than agreed upon. 2. Communication Communication was limited and often unclear. – Pamela put her phone on silent, so I was unable to reach her most of the time. – Her responses were very slow. – There were language barriers, as she does not understand English well, which caused further confusion with instructions and updates. 3. Cleanliness There were several issues with cleanliness after the stay: – Hair was left in my bathroom sink. – The kitchen sink was left dirty. – Dishes and shared areas were not cleaned after use. 4. Use of Personal Items I requested that Pamela bring her own personal items, but this was not followed. – She went into my closet and used my blanket without asking. – She used my dishes even after being told to bring her own. – She ate cookies in my home that did not belong to her. Summary I value help with my puppy, but it’s important that anyone entering my home follows instructions, respects boundaries, cares for my dog properly, and maintains cleanliness. With clearer communication and stronger adherence to expectations, the experience would be much improved.
