She helped me out with a last minute booking! Super communicative and my cats warmed up to her quickly :0)

Cannot say enough about Pam. Sometimes I think our cats are disappointed when we return. We have one smallish, rather shy creature whom Pam was able to draw out in short order. We can tell from Pam's regular reports, photos, and videos that the girls are happy, unstressed, and well cared for.

Pamela was very helpful, and she was also very patient with my shy cat, eventually earning her trust. She clearly loves animals!

Pam was a dream. She remembered all the nitpicky details we have. More importantly, Thelma - our shy one - warmed to Pam very quickly, so we know she got the social interaction she ordinarily likes but is deprived of around strangers. Thelma quickly adopted Pam into her inner circle. We will definitely be booking with Pam again.

Pam is an absolutely phenomenal pet sitter and true animal lover! Her experience with her own furry family—her sweet (massive) dog Zero and two adorable (needy) cats—is evident in how she handles every animal she cares for. Pam treats every pet as if they were her own, showering them with attention, affection, and care. Her attention to detail is unmatched; she ensures their routines are followed perfectly, from feeding schedules to playtime and cuddles. When Pam watched my dog whike I was out of town I loved how she kept me updated with photos and little stories about how Coco was doing while I was away. It makes being apart so much easier, knowing he is in such loving hands. If you’re looking for someone who will truly go above and beyond for your pets, Pam is the one. She’s a gem, and I’m so lucky to have her.
