I have a fenced in yard. The fence is very secure. I also have a doggie door, but I almost always go out with them.

Information Pamela K. would like to know about your pet
I always ask about medications and peculiarities your dog may have. My utmost priority is to show comfort and stability to your dog while in my care. The more I know about them, the better I can relate to your pet.
A typical day
I don't walk dogs as I find that a risk, and to be honest, I am not physically up to restraining a big dog that is trying to "break loose" A good ball game is usually welcomed. Some like a good game of tug of war. Others like to sniff around the back yard. Some are satisfied to cuddle or take a nap.

Retired-Home Full Time
Pet care experience
I am retired and almost always at home. I have worked for Rover several years, and before that I was with Dog Vacay (merged with Rover) If you are looking for a sitter that has NO dogs, this probably isn't the place for your doggie. I am rarely without dog guests. If your dog doesn't get along with others, please try to find someone that only takes one dog. Dogs bring great joy into my life. My home seems complete if I have a dog or two to keep me company. I usually have dogs coming and going. I have regulars that come every week for day care. I will be here all day and night with your pet. I have a fenced in yard for playtime. Let me know your pet's needs, and I will do my best to follow the routine. I take my dog sitting very seriously. If your dog sleeps with you, that's okay with me. If you crate your dog at night, I can do that, too. I want your pet to feel comfortable and secure. I try to make surroundings as home-like as I can. I only accept dogs that are house broken. I rarely leave except to run an errand or two so that gives me more time to spend with your dog. I do not accept doggies under two years old.
Reviews

Ms. Pamela took such wonderful care of my pups, Asher and Riley. From the moment I dropped them off, she made me feel confident and comfortable that they were in great hands. I DO NOT let just anyone keep my babies. Moving here from Alabama and not knowing many people, finding someone I felt comfortable with was challenging. It took almost a full month and I hit the jackpot! She kept me updated with photos and messages, and it was clear they were happy and well-loved during their stay. Thank you again!

I needed a last minute sitter for Peyton and Pam was available. She was attentive and Peyton was happy when I picked him up. I could tell he really enjoyed his stay with Pam. I definitely recommend her and will use her again!

Ms. Pamela was amazing with Doc and you could tell she really cared for his well being. Will use again.

Pamela took great care of our Denver! She gave him lots of love and attention, thanks again Pam!
