I’m always careful entering a new home. I make sure all animals are safely indoors until we are ready to go for a walk. I take time to build trust with new pets and establish a good relationship before heading out on a walk.

I like to know what my first meeting with the pet will be like - are they friendly, shy, energetic? Do they take time to warm up? Do they like to rush out the door? I also like to know if your dog is good with other dogs, and anything else I might need to know when taking them out!
A typical day
Dogs love to explore, and so do I! I love to give dogs affection, pet them and get to know them. I’ll usually follow their lead - walk right away if that’s what they want, or play first. Whatever they need!

Pam is such an amazing caregiver for our dog! We have been so lucky to have such a kind, generous person be the one who gives our energetic dog so much love. She has even helped train her to be more behaved when we haven’t had the time to devote to it during the day. She is seriously such a godsend for this single mom who works full time. Pamela is awesome! I knew right off the bat that she was going to be a great dog sitter, and she was! I loved all the pictures and the report card with every visit. The dogs got to love her because she played with them a lot, and gave them lots of love..I would use Pamela again!!
