I will do my best to keep your animals to their regular routine as I find that it makes the stay easier on me and the animals. However, I am totally willing to take your dogs out to explore some local dog-friendly parks or trails if they have some extra energy to get out.

My goal is to make it a rewarding experience for the animal. I like to know what the dog's overall energy level is so I can plan accordingly. Also, what is the dogs typical routine. Do they like to change it up or do they prefer to stick to what they are familiar with? And of course, do they have any special needs ,i.e., allergies, mobility assistance, or medications?
A typical day
When at home I like to keep the dogs entertained with treat games, playing with their favorite toys, or just snuggling up. I usually let the doggos decide, until it's time to relax for the night. If the weather is nice, we could check out a local spot. (Suggestions always welcome!) I have a dog-friendly SUV to transport up to 2 large dogs comfortably.

Pet care experience
I have had animals including cats and dogs my entire life. I am very comfortable around nervous animals, as well as those that need special care, such as medications. I will also care for other animals, e.g. chickens, reptiles, fish, etc. I currently have 2 cats, 3 dogs, 4 chickens, and fish.

Pam is an excellent house and pet sitter to our mini dachshund Chloe. She is very communicative and extremely reliable and loving to our girl. The house is always spotless upon our return. Highly recommend!!
