Pambi took great care of our pups- looking forward to booking her again.

Pambi stayed with our indoor cats for more than a week!! She was very communicative and sent nightly updates on the girls. She also brought in all of our packages and gave us peace of mind that our home was taken care of while we were away.

Pambi did an excellent job taking care of our pups! She was super communicative throughout the entire stay and kept us updated with reports during the day. The dogs clearly loved being with her, and we felt so at ease knowing they were in great hands. I highly recommend booking with Pambi—thank you so much!

Quick overnight stay. Pambi was communicative, but something felt a little off. Had already booked again for another stay, full thoughts on the second review.

Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend Pambi. Based on her reviews and our initial meet and greet, I thought it was going to be a great sit. However, over the course of the 6 days, it became eminently clear that she’s not interested in really caring for your pets, but has figured out what owners like to hear. I’d selected her because she said she worked from home, but she’d leave for 3-4 hours multiple times a day everyday, seemingly coming back only to let them out. My pups can be anxious, so I’d specifically ask about how much she’d be around, to which she told me pretty much all the time, and I booked her based on that assurance. On Saturday, she left the dogs for over 9 hours (when 3-4 was the max we’d agreed to), and didn’t say anything about it until I texted her to ask what was going on. She said she’d had a family emergency, which is completely understandable, but never communicated that she’d be gone any longer than agreed (I could have easily had a neighbor step in to help). Honestly, I think she was just hoping I’d never know. She continually left the dogs unattended outside, which I’d specifically asked her not to do, and once had to text her to let them back in given the heat. She rarely brought in packages, continually pretended that she was doing everything she’d agreed to when she absolutely was not (I have outdoor security cameras, so it was clear how much she was gone), and my dogs were an absolute mess when I got home. If something like the above had happened once or one day, fine, things happen. But Pambi continually misrepresented her care for six straight days; I would not recommend using her.

Pambi did an amazing job taking care of my very shy and anxious rescue dog for a week of pet sitting. She was extremely patient with him, building trust slowly over time, so he could be a sweet and confident boy with her. She ensured he got his exercise and medications on his schedule, and took all his unique needs in stride. She communicated extremely well, asked questions when necessary, provided very thorough updates, and was absolutely a great fit for both my dog and me. She also took great care of my home and helped secure an item that I forgot to take care of on my way out of town—that was also much appreciated! I would absolutely call on Pambi again for care for Giles in the future and recommend her to others!
