Hi! Paloma** 🐾 I’ve had dogs for year, three, in fact, over the course of my life. I recently said goodbye to my last pup, and while I’m not ready for a full time dog in my home just yet, I miss it all deeply: the walks, the game of fetch, the pure joy and love only a dog can give. I am not new to dog care, I’ve looked after many dogs over the years, but this is my first time doing it through Rover! I’d love the chance to give your pup some of that same love and attention while you enjoy a vacation, work trip or time away. I treat every dog like my own, patient, attentive, and always up for a good walk or a solid game of fetch. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup!

Paloma cares deeply about all pets. She adopted a dog from a shelter, to care for him like no one I have ever seen. She cares about the pets health and wellbeing, what they eat and drink, that they walk and exercise, and administers medications if needed. She has taken care of other pets with love and care. I would trust her completely to care for any pets.
Paloma watched one of my dogs and treated him like her own, she is attentive, communicative, and great about sending photo updates throughout which gave me great peace of mind and made me miss him a little less. She also loves taking dogs on long walks, so they come home happy and tired. I’ve also had the chance to see her at play dates and she reads dogs really well, picking up on small behavior cues most people miss. She’s the person I’d trust with my babies!
In searching for a trusted person to watch my Pup Benny, I reached out to my brother who referred me to Paloma. My brother is pretty picky & when he said he trusts her, I knew she was the right person in mind to watch over a member of our family. A year later & Paloma is now part of ours!
Paloma is THE pet person you’ll want in your life. She goes above and beyond to care for any pet. She makes sure it has a safe and caring place to be, she makes sure it has fun inside and outside, keeps them well fed. I actually have learned quite a bit from her to keeping my dog healthy and happy! To her dog she was the bestest so I know she will carry on that legacy for any pet she gets to care for… it will bring her much joy to be part a part of.
Paloma is an animal lover. She is caring, loving and very diligent in giving care to my pet. She can be available for overnight boarding as she has done so in the past when taking care of my dog with no problems. I trust her very much.
Selfless, compassionate, & kind are just a few things to describe an amazing human that is Paloma. I've personally entrusted her with my fur babys' life; always there & a phone call away. For over a decade, Paloma exudes professionalism & attention to detail. My fur baby, Louis, required specific instructions pertaining to medication & even weird quirks for snuggling, feeding, and potty regiments. Rover would be so lucky to have Paloma on the team!

Schedule
I work 9-6 hybrid, Monday thru Friday with somedays being fully remote. I am home most weekends and spend my free time walking, doing arts and crafts or gardening.

Safety, trust & environment
Peace of mind is definitely important when it comes to my fur babies, I know that first hand. I can send check in photos with every walk, treat and meal if that is what you wish. I like to also take them to the dog park in my neighborhood if they play well with others. 3 walks a day minimum will be provided unless more are required. I currently working on building a fence to m a backyard and should be completed but end of September!

I love to stimulate your you pet so that they don’t get bored. A stimulated pet is a happy pet which leads to good behavior.

- Please let me know if you have any special needs with your pets. If they have micro aggressions to other dogs, children, etc. I am very well trained on how to avoid situations and keep them distracted during walks. I can also administer medication if needed .
