Trust in a Dog Trainer

I am a Dog Trainer, with a Level 4 certification. I am qualified in Canine First Aid. I started my career with dogs volunteering in a Grey Hound Rehome Kennel and then became a Dog Handler in 2020. Accumulating my experience I have over 8 years working with dogs. I have trained numerous working dogs in different specialised roles, from Search to Police. I currently own a retired working dog, called Rocco, a 6 year old LabX and a Belgian Malinois, Arya, who is a year old. My dogs are very well behaved and tolerant of all temperaments. They are a playful, high-energy bunch, however will respect a dogs space if they are more timid. My daily work as a Dog Trainer includes addressing behavioural cases, from reactivity to human aggression cases and troubleshooting handler issues. I have aided with pet and sport dog owners providing guidance on obedience, reactivity, tracking and scent-work training. Experienced with a wide variety of breeds, behaviour issues and temperaments.

Doggy Day Care • 16 Aug 2026

Outstanding day care. Paige sent regular updates and photos during the day and our dog had a great time. Paige understands dogs and looked after ours brilliantly. We would not hesitate to use her services again.

Paige is fab! Betty had a great stay with her, exploring lots of new things and I felt really at ease knowing she was being looked after by someone who has so much love and care for animals. Communication was great, lots of photos/videos. Would definitely recommend.

Paige has been around dogs her whole life and it shows, she just gets them. She's worked professionally with some really difficult dogs and never loses her patience or her instinct for what they need. She is my first choice pet sitter when I need my dogs looked after. I know she understands their quirks and I don't worry about being called / messaged constantly whilst I'm away. You won't find anyone more caring or more capable.

Safety, trust & environment

I have a two bedroom house with an enclosed garden, all fences are 6 ft high other than one side, which is slightly over 3ft and both neighbours either side have dogs. They are friendly, often playing and interacting with my two dogs through the fence. I have space for my dogs to be crated separately from any visiting.

Pets

A typical day

Dogs in my care often get walked twice a day (unless stated otherwise), throughout the day we enjoy lots of playtime in the garden or over the field across the road. I also give them adequate time to rest and decompress, allowing them to settle where ever they feel comfortable, more often that not that's next to me on the sofa. If the dogs I am caring for enjoy the company of other dogs I allow them to interact and play with mine. I treat every dog in my care like they are my own, often taking them to new places to explore, ranging from short sniffy walk, day hikes and even swimming.

Let me know of any special needs or behavioural issues in advance, I have worked and cared for a variety of breeds with various levels of reactivity, aggression, resource guarding and touch sensitivities. My personal dog suffers from seizures and takes daily medication, I understand that caring for a dog with medical needs requires compassion and competency; as long as I am aware of their medication schedule/veterinary needs I will be able to accommodate.
