Right now, I have a very open and flexible schedule and am fully available throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, daytime visits, and overnight stays in clients’ homes. I’m able to accommodate a variety of schedules and can adjust visits as needed to fit each client’s routine.

I also like to know their preferences for walks, play, and enrichment activities, as well as any triggers or sensitivities such as noise, leash behavior, or dietary restrictions. The more information I have, the better I can help each pet feel safe and comfortable.
A typical day
A typical day depends on each pet’s routine and needs, which I always follow closely based on owner instructions. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, and get plenty of attention and care. Walks are calm and enriching, and I like to let dogs take their time to sniff and explore since it gives them mental stimulation and helps them feel relaxed. For cats, I focus on keeping their space clean, engaging them with play or interaction if they’re social, and respecting their boundaries if they prefer space. I also have experience with exotic pets and am comfortable following specific care instructions to keep them safe and comfortable. My goal is to make sure each pet feels secure and at ease while their owner is away.

I have lifelong experience caring for a wide range of animals. I have also ridden horses and volunteered in their care, including grooming, bathing, and general handling. I once found and rehabilitated butterflies from chrysalises and cared for them until they emerged and were safely released, which reflects my gentle and attentive approach to animal care. I had my childhood dog, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Whoopi, who was my heart dog and companion for many years. I currently care for an American Bully named Bailey, who has taught me patience, consistency, and understanding of individual animal personalities. I also have 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, where I gained hands-on clinical skills including anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation, animal restraint and handling, medication administration, and anal gland expression. I am currently enrolled in veterinary technician school to continue building on this foundation. Animals are my lifelong passion, and I approach every pet with patience, respect, and genuine care, focusing on their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being.

Paige is a true dog lover. She always pays great attention to any dog she interacts with and is really in tune with their health and behaviors. She’s clued us into things we needed to address with our dog that we weren’t even aware of because it was just our norm. I fully trust her with our dogs.
Paige has such a passion for animals and caters to all of their needs extremely well. She has a ton of experience aiding basic and even medical needs, since she has worked for years in veterinary clinics. She has also raised several pets of her own so I would absolutely trust her with any of my pets. Animals tend to gravitate towards her because she offers a calm, but energetic, and nurturing environment. Paige can diffuse issues in stressful situations, but creates a happy healthy setting that animals pick up on.
Being busy with work out of town, I needed someone I could trust to take care of my Golden Retriever “Benny”, and Paige surpassed my expectations. She was a great Communicator, Punctual and always in great spirits. Whenever the time arises I will 100% be having her back, and highly recommend you do the same!
