Pet care experience
I began taking care of pets as a daycare attendant at Wash and Wags Pet Grooming, and I moved my way up to bathing and then to grooming dogs as well. I have experience in my early life working with my Grandma who was a dog trainer, and have learned so much from her influence. I currently have one dog but I’d love to have more someday! Taking care of animals is always such a fun time for me, and I do everything I can to make it a great experience for every pet I encounter!

We booked this pet sitting so Paige would have some additional time to bond with our dog Bernadette before our extended absence for the Solar Eclipse. She did a great job of interacting her and spending quality time. We feel great about leaving Bernadette for 12 days with such a wonderful dog and house sitter.
This is our first time ever using a pet/house sitter, so we were a little anxious coming into it. I must say, Paige is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I literally cannot believe how wonder she is, I can't possibly rave enough! She was SO attentive to our two dogs (and cat), she spent so much time with them, cuddling & loving on them and ensuring they received a ton of exercise. We have a coonhound that is a master at escaping, and Paige was so wonderful about walking him on a leash each morning, to check the fence line, ensuring he didn't find a way to escape (ie: trees falling on the fence), prior to letting him run around off leash. We also have a dog that requires meds 3x/day and Paige ensured she received her medicine on time, as scheduled! Our dogs are somewhat (OK, a lot) spoiled, and Paige had no issue feeding them their special meals 2x/day. On top of all this, she even ensured we received pup/kitty picture updates, which was so appreciated. We didn't feel like we had a thing to worry about with her taking care of our babies. She 100% treated them just like family and they loved her as much as we did! We will MOST DEFINITELY be booking Paige again...and again... and again :)
Paige was very willing and able to care for our aging dog. She encouraged him to eat and hand fed him when necessary. She kept us updated regarding his condition on a daily basis. We will deffinitely book her again in the future.

I currently live in an apartment so I do prefer to come to your home to care for your pets, although I am able to take them into my home on a case by case basis. I am always extra careful to watch dogs outside even if you have a fence, I require vaccines and emergency vet info for all pets I care for. I am good at handling dog aggressive dogs, and can also confidently handle dogs who are apprehensive around strangers. I am very versed in giving medications to cats and dogs as well as changing bandages and keeping them clean if that is required!

It’s important that I know if your pets have any bite history, and if they’ve ever been anxious around small kids. Please be honest here as I will likely be able to tell temperament upon the first meet! Inform me of any allergies or dietary restrictions, medications and any other health concerns so I am equipped to care for your pet effectively!
A typical day
During visits I can stimulate your pets curiosity with hide and seek games, walks, fetch, treat puzzles, and cuddles:) I’m always looking for new ways to make the pets comfortable and happy!

I am a stay at home mom to a 2 year old boy, so I’m very flexible and available most days to give attention to your pets! **Please note that I will bring my son if I watch your pups over any weekdays!** I prefer for people to book with me a couple weeks in advance to ensure I have no other obligations, but I will accept last minute bookings on occasion.
