I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always been a part of my daily routine. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies who need patience, training, and structure, to senior dogs who need extra attention, gentleness, and care. I’ve always had German Shepherds, so I’m very comfortable handling large, strong, and active dogs, including those that need long walks and lots of exercise. Because of this, I’m confident managing different personalities, energy levels, and needs, and I always focus on making sure each dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for.

I’m very confident in my ability to manage and handle dogs, including large and high-energy breeds, since I’ve grown up around strong dogs my whole life. I pay close attention to a dog’s behavior, body language, and energy level so I can adjust how I interact with them and keep situations calm and controlled. Whether it’s on walks, during playtime, or inside the home, I make sure dogs are supervised, secure, and in a safe environment.

I’m currently a student, so my schedule is very consistent and easy to plan around. I’m usually free in the afternoons after 3 PM on weekdays, which works well for walks, drop-in visits, and evening care. On weekends, I have much more flexibility and availability, so I can dedicate more time to pet sitting, longer visits, and overnight care if needed. Pet care fits really well into my routine because I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, and I’m able to give them reliable attention and care throughout the week.

- It’s important for me to know how a pet acts around other dogs and people, especially if I’ll be taking them on walks. I also like to know how they typically behave on walks, including their energy level, leash manners, and how long they’re comfortable going for. I ask about their general temperament and personality so I can interact with them in the best way. It’s also helpful to know if there’s anything specific I should do when arriving or leaving the home, such as routines, alarms, or special instructions. All of this helps me keep the pet safe, comfortable, and happy while following the owner’s expectations.
