Hi, I’m Paige! Ever since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a veterinarian because of my love and passion for all animals. Unfortunately after being a pre vet student in Chicago for a year and a half, I decided on a different study/career path. I have experience not only working alongside small animal veterinarians, but also equine veterinarians. Besides my background working with different type of veterinarians interning, I’ve cared for dogs of every kind. From Yorkies to Bernese Mountain dogs, you name it! I’ve owned and been around animals my entire life, from horses to dogs & cats. Throughout my life growing up, we’ve owned miniature pinchers, labs, husky mixes, German shepherds and lots of mutts. I’ve watched after reoccurring friends, family, neighbors dogs for the past 10 years. I’m brand new to the area and rover and looking for new connections! I’m currently taking courses online so I’m full time at home with pets 24/7. Your pet will also be accompanied by my 2 year old shepherd mix. I live in a large spacious 1,800 sqft 3 bedroom apartment, with an entire room that’s specifically dedicated to dogs AKA the “dog den”. My time will be dedicated to taking care of your pets and sending you pictures/videos and updates throughout the day! All animals boarding/daycare get treated as if they’re my own! While I pride myself on on the best care possible for your pet, I’d be more than happy to work with your pet on basic training if needed. While we don’t have a yard, we have a dog park and walking trails along a pond located on our grounds.
