Pet care experience
Come for a stay at the Mini Farm!
I live on a small farm with a large fenced yard. I have 2 small, dog friendly, vetted dogs of my own and have vet checked chickens and goats on the small farm also. I have years of pet ownership, as well as, experience with fostering dogs and dealing with an array of special health care / behavioral issues. I have experience with caged animals, feline friends, mini pigs, pregnant / nursing / weaning females and puppies. I listen to your specific care needs for your pet(s) and can ensure that your preferences, in your absence, are continued. I do work a full-time job and typically work 4 days / week. I can occasionally request to work remotely depending on my in-office needs each week. Drop offs / pick ups during my workdays (M, T, Th, F) would generally need to be 6pm or later. If your pet is okay being left alone during the work-day and loved on throughout the day and night when I am home, a visit to the farm may be a good fit for you and your pet. Weekends and most Wednesdays I am home with the animals throughout the day and I can accommodate drop offs / pick ups at any time throughout the day. I can offer lots of love and attention - the ability to separate your pet(s) from my own if needed. Paige was wonderful and kind to our two boxer pups. She sent tons of pictures, and the puppies had tons of time to play and explore her great back yard. When we picked them up, she even had their blankets and bed washed. Thank you, Paige, for taking such great care of our pups!
Paige was amazing! My pups had their own little vacation lol Paige sent me pictures the whole time and kept me updated. Her communication was awesome and she was so sweet. Would definitely recommend her!

I currently work 4 days a week as an oncology nurse - typically I am off on Wednesdays and the weekend - and can occasionally work remotely which I try to do as much as possible when pet sitting. When not working, I am home with my 2 dogs. If your dog is okay being left alone with an afternoon bathroom break I may be a good fit for you.

I have a fenced in yard in the country. I have 2 dogs of my own (Joey, and Roo) - they are friendly and are used to having company. I have a relaxed lifestyle where pets are allowed on my furniture and bed if they choose; however, if you have strict rules for your pet, I will be sure to maintain those so that your pet does not get confused about expectations. I am comfortable administering medications and strive for your furry friend to feel comfortable and remain safe, cared for and to have fun until your return.

A typical day
I will incorporate your pet into me and my dogs' daily schedule. We play in the yard, go to the park about a mile away to leash walk, walk the neighborhood, cuddle on the couch, play with toys, feed the farm animals, swim when time and weather allow for it, garden and work on verious projects around the home.
