Caring for pets like family
I have been around dogs my entire life and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, breeds, and energy levels. I have provided daily walks, feeding them meals, playing with them, reinforcing any routines, and giving plenty of attention and affection. I started watching dogs and cats outside of my family dog at a young age (around middle school) because of my love for animals. Since then, I have enjoyed helping friends, family, and neighbors care for their pets and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. If your dog loves taking long walks, playing ball, or just hanging out with a person nearby I will personalize each experience for each pet. I know how nerve wracking it can be to leave someone with such an important member of your family so I strive to provide dependable and attentive care.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each animal's routine, preference, and any special instructions. I keep a very close eye on pets to make sure they are feeling comfortable, safe, and happy with me. I believe that communication is also extremely important. I will keep you updated with photos and check-ins so you can know how your pet is doing while they are in my care. I treat every pet as if they were my own and work to create a positive, safe, and loving environment with plenty of snuggles if that is something they enjoy!

I had just beaten cancer when we adopted our senior kitty, Gizmo. Even though we were still bonding, I desperately needed a vacation, so Paige agreed to pet sit our sweet, shy little girl while out of the country. We were worried how Gizmo would react to someone new in the house, so we only asked Paige to feed & scoop the litter box; however, Paige was a wonderful guardian & took great care of our fur baby by spending time at our house & giving Gizmo both attention and space. Gizmo really warmed up to Paige as we saw in the pictures sent while we were away. Gizmo was such a happy kitty when we returned! We were so grateful that Paige made friends with our baby!

Schedule
I work full-time during the week, but I'm available for pet care before 8:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. My weekends are very flexible, allowing me to provide care at a variety of times. Whether your pet needs an evening walk, drop-in visit, or weekend care, I'd love to help!
