La experiencia con Ornella fue muy buena. Cuidó de Pancho durante 3 días con mucho cariño y nosotros nos sentimos muy tranquilos todo el tiempo. Además, nos fue enviando fotos y pequeñas actualizaciones, algo que apreciamos mucho porque se veía que Pancho estaba feliz y cómodo con ella. Se nota que le gustan los animales y que los trata muy bien. Todos quedamos muy contentos con el cuidado y sin duda repetiríamos otra vez. ¡Muchas gracias, Ornella!
Ornella is a wonderful and trustworthy person to leave your pet with. She looked after my pet for a few days and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is very kind, patient, and attentive with animals, and it’s clear that she truly cares about their wellbeing. Throughout the time she was taking care of my pet, she kept me updated and made sure everything was going smoothly. When I came back, my pet was relaxed, happy, and clearly very comfortable with her. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Ornella to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring to look after their pets.
Ornella took care of my pet while I was away and the experience was excellent. From the very beginning I felt very comfortable knowing my pet was in good hands. She is very attentive, patient, and genuinely caring with animals. You can tell she truly enjoys spending time with them and making sure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after. She also kept me updated with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. When I came back, my pet was happy and calm, which says a lot about the care they received. Ornella is responsible, trustworthy, and has a really natural connection with animals. I would definitely trust her to look after my pet again.

Schedule
Trabajamos con horarios flexibles, por lo que solemos tener bastante tiempo para dedicar al cuidado de mascotas. Nos gusta mucho pasar tiempo con animales, sacarlos a pasear, jugar y asegurarnos de que estén tranquilos y bien atendidos. Entre los dos podemos organizarnos fácilmente durante la semana y también los fines de semana, así que normalmente siempre habrá alguien en casa pendiente de tu mascota y de que se sienta acompañada.

Para nosotros lo más importante es que tu mascota se sienta segura y cómoda, como si estuviera en su propia casa. Nos adaptamos a sus rutinas habituales de comida, paseo y descanso para que el cambio de entorno no le genere estrés. Somos personas responsables, tranquilas y muy respetuosas con las indicaciones de cada dueño. Nos gusta mantener comunicación durante la estancia, enviando fotos o mensajes si lo deseas, para que puedas estar tranquilo sabiendo que tu mascota está bien cuidada.
