I absolutely love animals and have grown up around them - having a cat, a horse, and now two dogs (a Fox Terrier and a Jack Russell x Pug). I’m a friendly, bubbly person who is responsible and reliable, with regular experience dog sitting and walking both young and older dogs. This has helped me build confidence in handling different temperaments, sticking to routines, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m very comfortable with different breeds and personalities. I enjoy playing with them, going on walks, and giving them plenty of attention and cuddles. I’m also lucky to have a park right outside my house, so your pets would get lots of fresh air and exercise.

Schedule
As a university student, I have a flexible routine that fits really well around pet care. I’m used to planning my schedule, so I can prioritise walks, feeding times, and giving pets plenty of attention throughout the day and nights. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and it’s a great balance alongside my studies, so I’m always happy to build my routine around their needs.

In my home: I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment where pets can feel comfortable and settled. I stick closely to their usual routine, including feeding times, walks, and any specific care instructions. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, always keep the owners updated, while also monitoring their pet’s behaviour to ensure they’re happy and healthy. In an owner’s home: I respect the owner’s space and follow all instructions carefully to maintain the pet’s normal routine. I ensure feeding, walks, and any medication are given on time, keep the home tidy, and I always give regular updates for peace of mind. I focus on keeping pets relaxed in their familiar environment, giving them lots of care, attention, and consistency.
A typical day
A typical day of dog boarding includes a morning walk, feeding, and playtime to start the day. I make sure they have regular toilet breaks, lots of attention, and will do multiple walks if needed to keep them happy and exercised. If required, I can bathe or groom them. In the evening, I follow their usual routine with dinner, a final walk, and time to relax, always keeping them comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
