This was our first experience using a Rover sitter and it turned out great! Ophelia met with us and our pets beforehand, as well as went on a walk to learn the cues we use with our dog, which showed great attention to detail and helped her know what to expect. She sent photos and updates, kept our place clean, and made sure our dog was well exercised so we could come home and relax after our trip. We were a bit nervous because our dog can be a handful and our cat unexpectedly needed medication, but she handled everything like a pro. We’d definitely book with her again!

Ophelia was amazing! We booked house sitting with her, and she took the initiative and set up a meet and greet before we left. She met Bailey (our dog) and Nina (our cat). She asked all the right questions regarding their care and habits. During our time away, she stayed communicative, and sent us photos of our fur ladies, who look happy and content! She left an amazing impression with her communication. Being away from home, she kept us in the loop of what their day would look like, and on the day we were travelling back home, she made sure Bailey was walked (so we wouldn't need to worry about it upon coming home), and that our fur ladies had food and water until we returned that evening. When we got back home, our house was nice and clean, as we left it!
