Dog walking and pet sitting fit perfectly into my routine. I currently tutor part time online, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the day. This means I can easily work around different walking times, regular routines, and last-minute bookings. I’m reliable, responsive, and able to give dogs the time, attention, and consistency they need, whether that’s daily walks, check-ins, or longer sitting sessions.

At home, I make sure pets feel comfortable and settled, sticking closely to their usual routines, feeding schedules, and any specific care instructions. The space is clean, secure, and fully suitable for dogs, giving them room to relax while feeling safe. When caring for pets in their own home, I’m respectful of their environment and keep everything consistent to minimise stress. I make sure they’re well-exercised, entertained, and given plenty of attention, whether that’s through walks, play, or simply keeping them company so they feel happy and at ease.

I’ve always had a natural connection with dogs, they seem to gravitate towards my calm, friendly energy straight away. I genuinely love spending time with them, whether that’s keeping them relaxed and reassured or getting them excited for a fun, active walk. I’m patient, attentive, and great at reading their behaviour, which helps me build trust quickly and keep them happy and safe. Being around dogs brings me a sense of calm too, so it’s a win win, I take care of them, and they brighten my day just as much. I’ve also gained plenty of hands-on experience over the years by being the go-to person for friends when they need someone to look after or walk their dogs while they’re away. I’m confident handling different personalities and energy levels, and I love playing with them just as much as I enjoy getting them out for a good walk.
