Onur was great! He was super communicative, sending us lots of pictures of Bubbles having adventures around the neighborhood and making us feel really at ease. Our pup is also new (we adopted her 2 months ago) and he was very patient and flexible as she adjusted to her new environment and settled into his apartment. Would definitely work with him again!

He follows care instructions well and asks questions to ensure that everything is done correctly. It was my first experience with Onur, and I expected to receive the $20 first-time client discount. However, the discount advertised on his profile did not work, and no discount was provided as claimed. I would recommend addressing this issue to ensure that the information on the profile is accurate and does not create incorrect expectations for future clients. Overall, Onur was reliable, communicative, and attentive to my dog’s needs.
Onur took wonderful care of my pup again while I was away, great communication and sent lots of photos. She was so excited to stay with them again!! :)
