Hi there, I’ve been working as a veterinary nurse for the past 10 years, gaining hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, small furries, and reptiles. You can feel confident knowing your pets will be in safe, knowledgeable, and loving hands. As a proud dog and cat mum myself, I completely understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets, even for a short time. That’s why I always go the extra mile to make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m more than happy to send regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is doing well. I currently work from home and occasionally locum at veterinary clinics, which means I’m able to give plenty of time and attention to your fur babies. I’m generally home during the day, whether it’s for a drop-in visit or a walk. I understand that every animal is different, so the level of interaction will always be tailored to your pet’s needs — whether they prefer quiet companionship, extra cuddles, or engaging toys and puzzles. I always respect their individual personalities and boundaries. My aim is to build a genuine connection with both you and your pets from our very first meeting. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. I follow routines closely, keep environments clean and secure, and ensure pets are supervised at all times. With my experience as a veterinary nurse, I’m comfortable administering medication if needed and monitoring health and behaviour. I respect your home as if it were my own and aim to make pets feel relaxed, secure, and cared for at all times.

Oniques amazing with all animals, we’ve worked together at the vets for 5 years and her genuine love for animals never goes unnoticed. She’s looked after my pets when I’ve gone on holiday and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else. My cat needs 6 types of medication and she’s always on top of it, she walks my hyper Rottweiler with no problems at all. I always come back to them being fully happy and healthy. She goes out of her way for them and I 100% trust her with my babies 💕
Onique has been absolutely wonderful with my pets, Penny and Hazel. It’s clear how much care and attention she gives—she treats them like her own. I always feel completely at ease knowing they’re in such safe, loving, and responsible hands. I couldn’t recommend her more!
Onique made the whole experience stress-free. She treated my dog Biscoff like her own and kept me updated every step of the way. I came home to a happy, dog —which says it all! He absolutely loved her ❤️

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my day as I work from home, meaning I’m around most of the time to give pets plenty of attention, comfort, and care. They’re rarely left alone and I make sure they have regular feeding, playtime, walks, and cuddles. On days when I locum at a veterinary clinic, this is always planned in advance so your pet’s routine is never disrupted.
