Just got back from our Christmas trip and found our house and pets in perfect condition. Ona followed our instructions very well and made sure our dogs and cat had everything they needed during our absence. She even accommodated a last minute travel change with no problem. She's earned our trust and it's good to know she's around when we need to leave our pets at home for extended periods.
I was so nervous leaving my 3 cats for the first time. But once I met Ona I was immediately put at ease. I came back and the cats weren’t stressed at all. Thank you Ona!
