We both have full time jobs but different schedules so we can definitely work around that and we always encourage a meet and greet to get to know both the pet parent and the pet! We won’t always do bookings the two of us but we’ll let you know ahead of time which one is the one that’ll be the main care provider.

We prefer when pet parents leave a detailed list with the pet’s care just so we don’t miss anything. We both offer walks/runs for pups and Omer can even rollerblade with dogs to get the zoomies out!

We’d love to know if there are any dietary restrictions, medicine that needs to be taken and the time for them, their vet info and even if they like ice cubes with their water! We’re okay with reactive dogs but appreciate being warned about it (either way we don’t let your dogs interact with random dogs) and we also encourage to meet and greet beforehand so we’re all acquainted before being left on our own.
A typical day
With pups, we definitely love to get some play time in and all the energy we can get out! Rest assured your pup will get their sniffies in. For cats, we like to respect their boundaries and earn their trust. If your kitty is extroverted, then we love to play with them and let them make biscuits on us! If they’re more wary of strangers then we just sit on the floor and wait for them to come to us. Whatever personality, we’re happy to accommodate!

Pet care experience
We’ve never not had a pet around us - growing up we were always surrounded by animals and for as long as we remember we’ve loved each and every one of them! Dogs of all sizes, cats, even snakes and some other reptiles have been a constant in our lives. - Omer: I’m great at training dogs, senior care and I am an expert at insulin shots (thanks to my cat Tubby Toby)! I also love researching new foods, ingredients and brands that provide the nutritional support my pets need and more than happy to share my knowledge. - Diana: insulin shots are kind of our specialty here not only thanks to Toby but my first dog ever, Kitty (I was obsessed with Hello Kitty and I got her when I was 10) was diabetic too. I do have a soft spot for senior pups and kitties and I always treat any animal we’re taking care of as if they were my own. I cant say enough great things about Omer & Diana. A wonderful experience from start to finish. They were so thorough during the meet & greet. They asked a ton of questions to get a feel for my animals routines, and were very clear about the process and what the day to day schedule would be. My animals immediately took to them and were comfortable as they were both so friendly. They were very communicative everyday and made sure to send lots of pictures and updates while i was on my trip. Overall, a fantastic experience with rover and Omer & Diana. Will definitely be booking again!!
Omer and Diana continue to go above and beyond when watching my cat. They will always be the ones that I trust to do it, and I never have to worry when I am gone. The communication is always amazing!
