Schedule
Right now I have a very flexible schedule, so pet sitting fits easily into my daily routine. I’m able to be available most times of the day, which allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they deserve. Since my schedule isn’t packed, I can focus on making sure each pet is comfortable, safe, and well taken care of while their owners are away.

When I’m caring for pets at home, I make sure they get plenty of food, fresh water, exercise, and attention throughout the day. I take them on at least two or three walks during the day and make sure they get lots of playtime so they stay active and happy. I also keep their space clean, make sure feeding schedules are followed, and give them plenty of attention so they feel comfortable. At night I make sure they have a safe, comfortable place to sleep and that they’re settled in for the night. In the morning I repeat the routine by checking their food and water, taking them out for a walk, and making sure they start the day happy and well cared for.
A typical day
A typical day starts with making sure pets have fresh food and water, followed by a walk or some playtime to get their energy out. Throughout the day, I spend time playing with them, giving them attention, and keeping them on their normal routine so they feel comfortable. For dogs, that usually means a couple of walks, some outdoor time, and play sessions. For cats, it’s playtime, relaxing together, and making sure their space stays clean. I like to keep things fun by playing games like fetch, tug-of-war, or using toys to keep them active and engaged. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, whether that’s playtime or just relaxing so they feel safe and not alone. At the end of the day, I make sure they’re fed, settled in, and comfortable for the night.
